Company Urgently Hiring Grounds Worker!!PAY $18 / HR!

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Worker to join our team. Additional duties include lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, grounds clean-up, ice and snow removal, and other projects as needed. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property curb appeal
• Handle resident service requests
• Perform on-call duties
• Mow lawns, trim, prune, and clean up grounds
• Remove ice and snow
• Complete additional projects and tasks as requested

Work Environment

The Maintenance Engineer will work in a residential community environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to complete tasks. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including snowstorms, which may necessitate extra hours. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of NA, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr.
