Responsibilities
Greet and check in visitors, manage guest access, and maintain visitor logs.
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
Support building management and service vendors (cleaning, HVAC, maintenance).
Provide administrative support ensuring tasks are documented and managed according to project guidelines.
