Andrew Morgan, LLC (AM) is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone SB. We are currently seeking a qualified Office & Facilities Coordinator to join our team supporting our DoD Client

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk

Greet and check in visitors, manage guest access, and maintain visitor logs.

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage scheduling for conference rooms and common areas.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Serve as the point of contact for deliveries and couriers.
  • Office Administration
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and teams (e.g., copying, scanning, filing).
  • Coordinate internal meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Support onboarding / offboarding of staff with equipment, badges, and workspace needs.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and formatting of reports or presentations.
  • Facilities Management
  • Support building management and service vendors (cleaning, HVAC, maintenance).

  • Monitor and report facility issues such as lighting, heating / cooling, plumbing, or access control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces, kitchens, and supply closets.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations teams for equipment setup and office moves.
  • Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are clearly posted and updated.
  • Support Facilities Management with access badges / keys and maintain accurate logs of issued credentials.
  • Administrative governance
  • Provide administrative support ensuring tasks are documented and managed according to project guidelines.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in administrative, facilities, or front desk roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Salary

    Salary is commensurate with location and experience.
