Medical Education Program Manager

A company is looking for a Medical Education Program Academic Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize the Residency Management system (MedHub) for various administrative tasks related to residency programs

Prepare and maintain documentation for program accreditation and monitor compliance with accreditation requirements

Manage trainee evaluations, coordinate committee meetings, and oversee recruitment resources and events

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of Medical Education experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Medical Education

Experience in managing residency and fellowship training programs

Knowledge of accreditation policies and compliance requirements

Ability to maintain budgets and track expenditures related to trainee stipends

Act 34 clearance required
