Job Summary and Qualifications
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, improvement, and successful achievement / compliance of core measure indicators in accordance with CMS guidelines. The coordinator maintains and coordinates timely policies and procedures maintenance, review / revision, posting, and distribution. The Coordinator organizes and maintains systematic data collection and flow of information between departments and into applicable committees.
