Schedule : Monday–Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Location : Greater New Haven, CT Area | Onsite | Direct Hire

Job Description

Join a respected aerospace tooling and precision manufacturing company as a Process Engineer. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping jobs moving through the shop—expediting processes, solving bottlenecks, and ensuring production hits quality and delivery targets. You’ll work closely with the Shop Manager, direct a small team of machinists, and apply your hands-on machining or tooling expertise to keep work flowing. You will also assist in estimating repeat jobs and help review jobs for profitability.
