Join Similarweb's MIS (Management Information Systems) team in Prague and help us build and scale internal systems that power operations across HR, Finance, Legal, and GTM. We are looking for an Engineering Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and data—and who's excited to bring structure and innovation to complex internal workflows. From integrations to AI-powered automation, this is a hands-on, high-impact role.

What you'll do

• Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design, document, and lead cross-system implementations (Salesforce, HRIS, Finance, etc.)
• Own and manage end-to-end MIS solutions—from requirements to delivery and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, HR, GTM, R&D, and more
• Work closely with MIS engineering and integration teams to drive execution
• Contribute to AI-powered initiatives using orchestration frameworks and automation tools
• Support data architecture, process automation, and solution scalability
