Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and support design, permitting, and client management efforts for a diverse range of land development projects, with a strong emphasis on K-12 school projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead site / civil engineering projects from concept through completion, including site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control.
- Oversee stormwater management design, hydrologic / hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP preparation.
- Drive business development efforts, develop new client relationships, and maintain existing partnerships.
- Work closely with office leadership to manage project teams, develop growth plans, and ensure efficient staff utilization.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions across residential, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Integrate site / civil efforts with geotechnical and environmental engineering disciplines.
- Contribute to technical and proposal writing efforts and represent the firm in professional organisations and community initiatives.
