About The Position We are seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Texas starting Dec 15, 2025. This 26-week opportunity features a highly flexible schedule with 4 hours per week available Monday through Friday during daytime hours. You will meet one-on-one with patients, assess their needs, and develop individualized treatment plans. Job Details Location : Texas Start Date : Dec 15, 2025 LOA : 26 weeks Provider Type Needed : Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner Schedule : 4 hours per week, provider may choose hours within Monday-Thursday 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM and Friday 9 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM Responsibilities and Duties Meet individually with patients to assess their condition and needs Formulate and document comprehensive treatment plans for each patient Allocate approximately 45 minutes for each patient assessment Ensure high standards of care and professionalism in patient interactions Additional Information Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas Experience as a general practitioner or PT specialist is preferred Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
