Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Verify medical insurance eligibility and benefits for patients, as needed.
- Navigate insurance portals to confirm coverage and deductible met amounts.
- Explain Coverage and benefits to other staff and patients.
- Contact patients for updated insurance information.
- Review insurance contracts and medical policies to confirm benefits.
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.
