Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Shift & Scheduling : 7-7, self scheduling to some degree, schedules made out about 30-45 days in advance. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements : Not required but they can float to tele or OB if they want and have that experience.

Required Skills / Experience : Must have 2-3 years in specialty.

Preferred Skills / Experience : Pediatric experience

Unit Details : 45 beds total - adult medsurg and pediatric medsurg combined.

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : medsurg patients, COPD, post-op, GI bleeds, OBGYN surgeries, ortho

Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. Start assignment restriction : 14 days

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver's license required for submission
