Job Summary : The facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Rheumatology, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prescribe medications and therapies according to state regulations and practice guidelines.
• Provide patient education on disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
