Automotive sales manager with experience in the automotive industry. Must prioritize customer service, motivate, inspire, and lead team members. Conduct meetings with performance-based objectives. Establish and nurture relationships with banks and brand managers. Must have an internal drive to learn new processes and excel in a performance-based environment. Helping maintain a culture of winning, and achieving monthly objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Prioritize customer service
  • Motivate, inspire, and lead team
  • Hold meetings with performance-based objectives
  • Create and maintain relationships with banks and brand managers
  • Learn new processes and excel in a performance-based environment
  • Communicate with customers pre and post sale
  • Help with entire automotive transaction

Requirements :

  • Experience in the automotive industry
