Overview

Differential AI is a Ivy League PhD-inspired AI / ML startup that creates AI models and generates datasets for enterprise clients across various use cases. Founded on principles derived from brand new PhD research, our technology offers compelling value propositions :

  • Private & Secure : Models run entirely offline, ensuring complete data privacy
  • Ultra-Efficient : 7,000x smaller models than conventional solutions
  • Cost-Effective : Up to 83% reduction in expensive training costs

We are a post-revenue company with locked-down intellectual property, currently entertaining a seed funding round. Our founding team consists of 2 AI / ML / Data Science PhDs and 1 MBA, with degrees from Brown, Cornell, Harvard, Georgetown, and Elon University. We operate fully remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory : Identify optimal use cases and refine our go-to-market strategy for our differentiated AI technology
  • Business Development : Leverage your professional network to facilitate strategic introductions and partnership opportunities
  • Advisory Board Participation : Actively participate in advisory board meetings and strategic planning sessions (3-8 hours per month)
  • Flexibility : Work fully remotely with a flexible time commitment

    • Compensation

  • Sweat Equity : Vest equity over 4 years (in addition to any angel investment)
  • Advisory Board Seat : Formal recognition and governance participation
  • Investment Upside : Returns through equity and SAFEs (bought from your angel investment)

    • Your Profile

  • Senior Executive Experience : Senior leadership experience in AI / ML or technology sectors. Ability to formulate new use-cases and understand the needs and decision-making processes of executives at medium-to-large enterprises
  • Network & Relationships : Established connections within enterprise clients, investors, or strategic partners relevant to AI / ML solutions
  • Investment Capacity : Ability and willingness to invest $300,000+ as an angel investor. Must confirm accreditation. Documentation will be required. SEC Rule 506(c) verification procedures apply.
