The Project Engineering Coordinator will join the Engineering Management practice within the Technical Professional Organization (TPO) of Engineering Services Canada. The Project Engineering coordinator will play a support role in the delivery of Engineering Services on large and complex projects while also supporting the growth of the Engineering Management practice.

Reporting to the Director of Operations of the Engineering Management practice, the Project Engineering Coordinator will be assigned to support the Project Engineering Manager on large, multi-disciplinary transit projects from the design phase to completion. The role involves contributing to the development of engineering strategies, coordinating design deliverables, and ensuring alignment across technical disciplines and stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Project Delivery, Technical TPO, and external stakeholders—to facilitate the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a solid foundation in engineering principles, and experience supporting complex infrastructure projects.

Your role within the team :

• Engineering Planning and Execution :

Collaborate with Project Engineering Manager to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and overall business objectives.

Support the engineering team by facilitating the application of industry best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project success.
