Job Summary

The New Car Sales Manager is primarily responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople, as well as promoting, encouraging, and teaching strategies to sell vehicles.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealership General Managers to forecast goals and objectives for the sales departments. Support in preparing and administering a growth minded strategy.
• Attend Weekly Sales Action Meetings and Management Meetings
• Support dealerships in recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all sales employees.
• Develop and organize a training schedule, as directed by the GMs, to ensure that each sales team member completes role specific training.
• Guide sales teams in setting their department and individual objectives on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Assist sales team with meetings, proposals, and follow-up to grow sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversees all team members on the Sales Team.
