Qualifications

Must-haves :

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Efficiency
  • Sense of humor
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Resilience
  • Bookkeeping or administrative experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field
  • Preferred schedule : Sunday-Thursday

Great-to-haves :

  • Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
  • Management experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus

    • Compensation

    The compensation range for this role is $28 - $34 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
