Buscamos un trabajador de la construcción en paisajismo para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Sería responsable de :

  • Usar herramientas o equipos manuales y / o eléctricos para realizar una amplia gama de tareas de jardinería y riego.
  • Colocación de césped
  • Plantación
  • Regar
  • Fertilizar
  • Excavar
  • Rastrillar
  • Instalar rociadores
  • Instalación de unidades de pared de mampostería de hormigón segmentado sin mortero

Además, se espera que los empleados cumplan con todas las prácticas de cumplimiento y control interno para :

  • Proteger los bienes del robo y uso indebido
  • Asegurar la separación de responsabilidades para minimizar el fraude
  • Cumplir con la ética empresarial, las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.
  • Mantener la confidencialidad de la información de propiedad.
  • Reconciliar periódicamente los bienes físicos con los registros contables.

    • Y aunque no es obligatorio, sería genial si también tuviera la habilidad de :

  • Utilizar equipo manual con cuchillas móviles mecanizadas, como cizallas de gas.
  • Utilizar herramientas manuales como palas
  • Trabajar desde alturas elevadas, tales como la de una escalera con estructura en A de 8 pies
  • Utilizar una pala de mano durante un período prolongado
  • Mover tierra, equipo y materiales, cavar hoyos y plantar árboles, arbustos y flores.
  • Se prefiere 6 meses de experiencia en paisajismo comercial, pero no se requiere
  • Los candidatos interesados ??deben enviar un currículum vitae en línea para ser considerados
  • Trabajar en o sobre situaciones cercanas al tráfico automotriz
  • Trabajar cerca o cerca de cuerpos de agua naturales.
  • Trabajar más de 8 horas por día con descansos aplicables por 5 días a la semana (se requieren algunas horas extra / trabajo de fin de semana)
  • Capacidad para trabajar en condiciones extremas : las temperaturas pueden superar los 100 grados Fahrenheit
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo la luz solar directa durante períodos prolongados
  • Capacidad para levantar y transportar 40 libras. (mantillo, fertilizante, etc.)
  • Capacidad para cargar / descargar arpillera con recortes de plantas en el remolque (hasta 50 libras)
  • Capacidad para agacharse, agacharse y girar continuamente durante el día
