Operations Analyst II

Overview

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Analyst II!

This position performs key analytical functions within Direct Administration. This includes analysis and publication of work load, error rates, dashboard performance, etc. Additionally facilitates JSOX audits for the team, tests new IT capabilities, and submits enhancement requests as needed. May also provide processing support for unique order types or workload overflow situations.

Responsibilities

• Possess or develop strong working knowledge of the processes in assigned department
• Develop and publish reports showing key performance metrics for the team
• Facilitate JSOX audit support for the team
• Originate IT enhancements to improve the effectiveness of the team
• Serve as a key testing resources for systems enhancements affecting the group
• Provide support for unique processing needs not distributed to the core team
• Advise management of key observations / issues gleamed from the analysis / reporting on the group's activities
