Position Overview :
We' re looking for a bilingual Operations Associate (English / Spanish) to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter who enjoys both behind-the-scenes organization and direct customer interaction. Experience in inside sales, customer service, and order management, especially within the flooring industry, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-level support by managing incoming calls, assisting walk-in customers, and ensuring top-tier service.
- Oversee and streamline office workflows, supporting operational efficiency and organization.
- Handle order taking, placement, and tracking, with ongoing communication to customers and vendors.
- Follow up on customer orders, accounts receivable, and logistics to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain vendor relationships and assist with account management and inside sales support.
- Organize office files and documentation; support general administrative functions.
- Use QuickBooks (preferred) and other software to manage operations and accounting tasks.
- Occasionally assist with material pick-up or delivery coordination.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or inside sales.Prior experience in the flooring or construction industry is a strong plus.Tech-savvy and adaptable to various systems and tools (QuickBooks experience preferred).Organized, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Friendly, team-oriented, and confident communicating with customers and vendors alike.Warehouse fulfillment and inventory management experience is preferred.
