Associate Graphic Designer - Dolce Vita Footwear
The Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for collaborating with teams on digital and print projects to support and elevate the brand. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Associate Art Director to create innovative visual design of customer-facing and internal assets that speak for the brand
- Concept, develop, and build a wide variety of assets across digital channels and paid media
- Create print-ready graphics for packaging, retail & out of home marketing placements
- Work within brand style guidelines, delivering design-forward yet grounded visual solutions that support larger campaign and channel goals
- Work cross-functionally with all teams including E-com, sales, operations, and design
- Create internal & external presentations and lookbooks
- Maintain and establish our digital asset system and file management workflow, ensuring all digital assets and deliverables are organized and available to team members
- Ensure consistent visual quality across all channels and ensure brand standards are properly represented
- Stay up to date with design trends to continuously improve and refresh our creative
- Collaborate with the marketing team and contribute to group projects with creative ideas
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Essential Duties Include
Efficient in Adobe and Microsoft productsBasic knowledge of animation or simple video editing is a plusRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or communications preferredMinimum of 1-3 years’ experience in graphic designExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong portfolio with high quality, creative digital design samples showing attention to detail and understanding of typographySound understanding of fashion trends in graphics, digital & print designMust be available to work on-site in the NYC officeThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000.00-$67,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
