A well-established general contractor with projects across diverse sectors including churches, correctional facilities, gas / oil stations, retail, hospitality, and commercial construction. The firm manages 610 projects at a time ranging from $2M to $9M, with annual revenues between $30M and $40M.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for multiple commercial projects nationwide. This role requires strong technical knowledge, proficiency with takeoffs, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bidding on 610 projects concurrently
• Develop detailed and accurate estimates based on project plans and specifications
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and prepare budgets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Provide conceptual budgets in cases where complete plans may not be available
• Ensure compliance with preconstruction requirements, including business licenses in applicable cities
