Commercial Construction Estimator

Dillard Construction is seeking an experienced and organized individual

for the role of Commercial Construction Estimator.

Our company works on industrial and commercial construction projects. We also provide design build and construction management services.

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates based on project plans and specifications.
• Work with prospective clients to develop preliminary or conceptual estimates.
• Procure and evaluate bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop final client proposal or bid documents.
• Perform take-offs as needed to verify accuracy of cost estimate.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay will be based on experience.
