We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / R systems, including air conditioning and refrigeration. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
• Install new HVAC / R systems and components as required.
• Perform equipment repairs on boilers, air conditioning units, and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any related mechanical issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
