About the Nurse Aide Trainee Program :

The program runs three weeks, Monday through Friday, generally 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm (hours may vary)

Weeks 1 & 2 : Classroom instruction

Week 3 : Clinical hands-on training alongside licensed clinicians

Upon successful completion, you'll be certified as a CNA - your pay and status will be upgraded accordingly

Elderwood covers your CNA certification exam fees and required onboarding (e.g., PPD test, physical exam)

Until training begins, you'll be assigned a trainee shift working under supervision to gain experience
