Account Management Position
This account management position focuses on maintaining existing accounts in the small-to-medium sized business sector working with all levels inside the company to ensure that customers loyalty is to Worldwide Express. Our Account Managers offer a best in class, executive level management solutions to customers that are previously underserviced from their current provider.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify C & D customers through proactive calls (script included)
- Retain and grow C & D customers through Account Reviews (script included)
- Penetrating all levels of an account
- Optimizing customer growth through additional business
- Solution solving to maintaining customer loyalty, margin management
- Maintaining customers daily volume etc.
- Transferring check paying customers to ACH (script included)
- Transferring paper invoice to e-Bill (script included)
- Perform necessary follow-up via phone and / or email to ensure opportunities have been successfully identified
- Engage with multiple contacts inside account and collect contact information (First / Last name, position, champion / adversarial, other notes)
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

At least six months of practical experienceBachelor's degree, ideally in communications, business, marketing and / or managementPhysical Demands & Work Environment
