Demand Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Demand Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts at the SKU and channel level using statistical models and historical data

Analyze sales trends and market activities to refine forecast accuracy and support inventory management

Collaborate with Supply Planning to balance demand and supply while minimizing stockouts and overstock

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related fields

3-5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain planning, preferably in CPG or retail

Experience with demand planning tools and software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle PBCS, NetStock) is a plus

Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to develop accurate demand plans

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
