Practice Operations Coordinator

Hourly Pay Range : $26.61 - $39.92 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights : Position : Practice Operations Coordinator Location : Glenbrook, IL Full Time / Part Time : Full Time Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30am-5 : 30pm. Required Travel : Limited Travel What you will do : Overseeing the daily administrative functions of medical practices, ensuring efficient and organized operations. Managing patient appointment scheduling, optimizing patient flow and provider schedules for maximum efficiency. Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and engagement. Supporting financial aspects, including billing, coding, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management. Coordinating and assign tasks to practice support staff, including medical assistants, administrative personnel, and other team members. Monitoring and enforcing quality assurance and compliance measures to maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices. Ensuring the effective use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology to enhance patient care and record-keeping. Overseeing inventory levels and supply procurement, ensuring practices are well-stocked and resources are used efficiently. Preparing and maintaining reports on practice performance, including operational, financial, and patient care metrics, to support decision-making. Collaborating with healthcare providers, practice managers, and hospital administration to implement strategic initiatives and improvements within practices. What you will need : 3 years of urology experience.
