The fastest-growing Subaru dealership in the region is expanding again — and we’re searching for a proven Automotive General Sales Manager to lead our New and Used Sales operations to the next level.

What You’ll Do
- Drive profitability across both new & used vehicle departments
- Develop annual sales forecasts (vehicle sales, gross, expenses, and operating profit)
- Set and exceed sales goals by coaching & motivating the sales team
- Hold weekly sales meetings and deliver impactful training sessions
- Manage inventory supply, acquisition, and trade-in appraisals
- Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve escalated issues promptly
- Partner with the Finance & Insurance Manager to maximize performance
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and represent the dealership with integrity
