Senior Superintendent

Job Description

Trueline’s client , a rapidly growing commercial construction firm in New Orleans, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee and deliver high-quality projects across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a flagship job while coaching and supporting a talented field team, offering the opportunity to join a stable, close-knit company on an upward trajectory.

Must-Haves as the Senior Superintendent :

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial construction supervision, ideally in projects $3M–$15M
• Strong background in renovations, some ground -up builds and structural work (concrete and steel)
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and scopes of work with precision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop field teams
• High emotional intelligence and excellent relationship-building skills with owners, architects, and stakeholders
