Role Overview :

The Intake Coordinato r handles the onboarding process of new clients at Arbor Therapy. This person will work directly with parents / guardians, insurance companies , therapy staff a nd doctors' offices to collect required paperwork , authorizations, and schedule client evaluations and ongoing therapy services . The position requires strong customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills .

This position requires intermittent standing , lifting, kneeling, and sitting . In addition , this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and / or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
