Job Description
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Must direct drivers for timely and accurate delivery. Position is full-time.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum 3 years in automotive parts sales preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Must have good vision and dexterity.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks under various weather conditions. Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise is possible.
Position may include sales commissions based on performance.
