What this job involves : The Building Renovation Project Manager will be managing various project scopes in an assigned region, primarily focusing on small works / small projects. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional teams, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure successful project delivery while meeting established goals. The position requires a focus on project-specific needs, client initiatives, and continuous process improvement. Travel will be required within an assigned region.
Your day-to-day tasks will include :
Desired experience and technical skills :
Requirements : Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in design and construction. Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications. Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, design and space planning concepts. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
Preferred : Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification. PMP Certification.
Estimated compensation for this position : 86,900.00 126,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
