Salary Range :

  • $125,000 - $155,000 (base only) The Key Account Manager - MedTech role is remote Approximately 40% travel may be required.
  • How will you make an impact :

  • The Vertical Key Account Manager – MedTech will focus on expanding ADLINK's presence within the MedTech sector by driving sales initiatives and managing key accounts.
  • In this individual contributor role, the manager will identify new business opportunities, tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of MedTech clients, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in B2B technical solution sales specific to the MedTech industry, a strong grasp of industry challenges, and a proven ability to achieve sales goals while fostering lasting relationships with clients.
  • What will you do :

  • Drive sales growth by managing key MedTech accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Set and achieve clear sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
  • Develop and execute healthcare-specific sales strategies, adjusting to market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineer to identify best fit solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, identifying areas for improvement and executing action plans to close gaps.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management, highlighting key wins and opportunities for growth.
  • How will you get here?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of electronics and electronic circuitry Experience in Embedded Technology, or the Medical and Healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on vertical markets .
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.

  • Physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, lift, grasp, and kneel.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
