Role Summary

The Vice President of Marketing is a pivotal role, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through leadership of our lead delivery engine and performance marketing teams. This position will strategize across marketing channels to maximize lead generation and intake pull-through for our law firm partners.

You will act as both strategist and operator - synthesizing large datasets to uncover insights, guiding data-driven decisions, and ensuring every dollar invested produces measurable results. The VP of Marketing will collaborate across departments to optimize both top-of-funnel lead capture and bottom-of-funnel intake conversions, while managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and team performance.
