In-Home Caregiver Position

In 1980, Homewatch CareGivers established its mission to preserve dignity, protect independence, and peace of mind to those we serve and their families. We are now establishing the same high quality care in South Tampa, FL. We are seeking in-home caregivers with passion for delivering high quality caregiver services and improving the quality of life for those in our communities. Caregivers are responsible for providing companionship, personal care and activities of daily living in a safe and beneficial manner. This may include transporting clients to their medical appointments, run personal errands, provide assistance with meal preparation and instrumental activity of daily living. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required. Caregivers must be observant enough to recognize changes in their clients and be capable of alerting the appropriate personnel when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities
• Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, light cleaning, landscaping and with instrumental activities of daily living
• Update office staff and family members on client progress as needed
