Litigation Paralegal Needed

Well-established law firm in need of Paralegal (Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County office(s))

Specific duties in collaboration with the team’s attorneys include, but are not limited to :

• Draft court filings
• Draft discovery requests and responses
• Draft subpoenas to third parties
• Gather and organize client documents
• Prepare and organize document productions (both outgoing and incoming)
• Create indices of client, other party, and third-party documents
• Prepare case timelines
• Prepare exhibits for use at depositions
• Prepare trial documents, exhibits, and other related materials
• Provide trial support to attorneys
