Our client specializes in crafting bespoke homes valued up to $15 million, spanning up to 15,000 square feet. Their projects reflect architectural excellence, superior craftsmanship, and personalized luxury. With a reputation for quality and integrity, they are expanding and seeking a top-tier Construction Manager to lead new builds.

Role Overview

As our Custom Home Construction Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of luxury home construction—from first shovel in the ground through to final delivery. You’ll coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every detail meets our clients exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of custom home construction projects
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality control
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on custom luxury homes
  • Proven track record of managing high-value projects ($3M+)
  • Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes and permitting processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
  • Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
