Responsibilities :

• Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate and schedule roofing crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions
• Train and mentor roofing crews on best practices, safety protocols, and company policies
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, job costing, and change orders
