Flight Coordinator / Dispatcher
You are an aviation professional with the ability to plan projects with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life cycle. You will be a primary point of contact for aviation related projects (a background of corporate aviation related experience is required). This includes managing schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating this information to the stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. This position demands a high level of organization, and the ability to clarify processes, as well as the ability to see the big picture and communicate clearly and must be able to handle pressure situations and respond to requests on a 24 / 7 basis calmly, efficiently and succinctly.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $97,500-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
