Billing and Data Entry Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment is partnering with a construction company in Tempe. This organization is in search of a full time Billing and Data Entry admin to join their team, This is a fully onsite opportunity, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. The hourly rate is up to $22 / hr.
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering billing information, managing invoices, and maintaining up-to-date records to ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities :
Enter billing and invoicing data accurately into company systems
Enter in contract information, as well as job scope on behalf of engineers
Prepare and process invoices for clients and subcontractors
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and project documentation
Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with project managers and accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies
