Location : Orchard

Salary : Starts from $3,300

Duration : 3 months contract to Perm

Duties :

• Engage new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs
• Build long-term relationships by offering tailored recruitment solutions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals to attract top talent
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from interview prep to job offer
• Maintain strong candidate relationships for future opportunities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and temporary roles
• Ensure all processes comply with MOM regulations and CEI standards
• Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team goals
