Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Supermicro, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our high-performance server products are efficiently and effectively produced. Your expertise will help us maintain our competitive edge in delivering leading-edge, green computing technologies to a diverse range of markets. Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure product manufacturability and alignment with global standards. Analyze manufacturing data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency. Ensuring adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations. Assist in troubleshooting production issues and providing technical support to manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, improve quality, and enhance production capacity. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles. Experience with CAD and CAM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
