Responsibilities :
- Manage open enrollment processes and ensure accurate benefits administration.
- Provide exceptional employee support by addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Perform data entry and maintain records in HRIS systems such as Epicor, Oracle, and Dynamics.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct regular updates and reviews of employee information to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and process improvements.
- Utilize Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to prepare reports and manage communications.
- Coordinate and support employee training sessions and HR-related meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards in all HR processes.
- Proven experience in HR administration and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Epicor, Oracle, and Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of open enrollment processes and benefits management.
- Proficiency in Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and their application in HR practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service to employees.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
