Assembly Technician

Bold New Power, Inc., a leader in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our progressive manufacturing team. This role focuses on assembling components of energy systems that are pivotal in advancing sustainable power generation. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic, innovative environment to significantly contribute to the development and enhancement of renewable energy technologies. Assemble various mechanical and electrical components of energy systems adhering to all safety and quality standards. Read and interpret schematic drawings and technical manuals to accurately assemble parts and systems. Conduct routine and ad-hoc testing of assembled components to ensure reliability and functionality. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and available for use when needed. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve assembly issues, improve efficiency and ensure that products meet the specifications. Document assembly processes and provide feedback for continuous process improvement. Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated with the latest technology and best practices in the industry.
