Concessions Stand Attendant - State Farm Stadium

Position Overview :

The Stand Attendant should be able to assist in the assembling / delivery of finished concession food items (popcorn, nachos, sodas, hamburger, hot dogs, etc...) from staging area to counter when ordered by guest. Stand Attendants are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation and assist in the overall cleanliness of the location during and after each event.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16
• years old.
• Must have a valid TITLE IV certification card (Individuals Over 18 Years of Age).
• Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked.
• Must be able to identify / select / portion the correct food item when ordered.
• Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check and math assessment involving all US monetary units.
• Must be able to work with a group as well as independently.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used by guests who typically visit the work location.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced high stress environment.
• Preferred 2+ years counter server or equivalent experience in high volume restaurant environment or another stadium / arena.
• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers, supervisors and guests.
