Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol Monitor

As a Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol Monitor in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will be an integral part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity to support a welcoming atmosphere.

Pay Rate : $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Mon 03 : 30 PM - 07 : 30 PM

Tue 03 : 30 PM - 07 : 30 PM

Wed 03 : 30 PM - 07 : 30 PM

Thur 03 : 30 PM - 07 : 30 PM

Fri 03 : 30 PM - 07 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control and visitor management processes as required.
  • Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs and / or reports of daily activities and incidents.

  • Availability across various days and shifts
  • Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
  • A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • An unarmed Private Investigator License is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
