20+ years of Software Engineering experience in a SaaS environment, including 7+ years in leadership roles

Proven success leading large global teams (50+) and expertise in AWS and Kubernetes

Demonstrated experience in migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures

Strong technical judgment with a track record of using metrics to guide decisions
