Description

Markon is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in support of an intelligence customer. This role is ideal for someone with a systems engineering background who enjoys working across teams to keep projects on track, well-structured, and successful.

Responsibilities

• Partner with portfolio, program, and project managers-as well as technical experts-to organize assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective scheduling management systems.
• Coordinate project timelines with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Track schedules, monitor deadlines, and identify potential delays, facilitating timely solutions.
• Support design meetings and contribute to project action plans covering resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare performance updates and project progress reports for leadership.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project-related documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

Salary Range USD $140,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 / Yr. The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
