Job Description

• Oversee daily operations on multiple construction sites within Knoxville and nearby locations.
• Travel regularly to various job sites to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resources.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports to keep leadership informed on project status.
• Identify potential challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Support and mentor site teams, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Ensure all work complies with contract specifications, local codes, and company policies.
