Medicare Advantage Product Director

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Health Plan Product.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development of Medicare Advantage products through data-driven insights and market analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful plan design, implementation, and compliance with regulations

Manage and develop team members while overseeing vendor partnerships and market expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

15+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage plan design or related health plan leadership roles

Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience within a health plan or payer organization

Strong understanding of CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage revenue models

Proven experience managing teams with a focus on coaching and professional development
